- The Junta Central Fallera invites all Fallas Committee to participate in the preselection of girls and ladies who form the Court of Honor of Falleras Mayores de Valencia 2010.

-Of between all the candidates a Preselection will be effected by Sector, choosing:

- From 1 to 6 candidates submitted will be chosen 1
- From 7 to 12 candidates submitted will be chosen 2
- 13 to 19 candidates submitted will be chosen 3

To make the Preselection, sectors may opt for one of these ways:

a) In determining the open space (street, square, etc..) with a grant of 1200 € for the assembly itself, and upon request of the relevant permits, must submit the bills for recovering the same .

b) In determining the covered areas (theater, hall, etc..) with a grant of € 450, excluding those in place in the Sala Canal , and JCF who will bear the cost of the local.

c) In one of 2 PAVILIONS that on the occasion of Julio’s Fair he installs the Town hall, endowed with the necessary infrastructure, in the GARDENS OF THE PALAU OF THE MUSIC (North and South). The dates to be able to request them will be the days: 3-4-5-10-11-16-17-18 and 19 of the month of Julio in the Pavilions north and south; on the 12th in the south and on the 24th in the north.

Preselections

wish to make the election in some Hall in those days, request in writing to Secretary of JCF until June 2 by indicating a preference for THREE dates sector.

In the case of several sectors that match the same, a lot, on June 4 to 20 hours at the offices of Junta Central Fallera. In either case above, shall, if required or not juries appointed by Junta Central Fallera.

- The flowers for the candidates will be provided by Junta Central Fallera.

- The Preselection are completed until the 24th July, so that candidates can take part in the Battle of Flowers will take place on Sunday July 26.

- The Junta Central Fallera provide the list of candidates for each sector, the leaves of scrutiny and a model Act to be completed by the jury.

Preselections

he sectors that wish a jury appointed by Junta Central Fallera may submit your request in the options they deem appropriate to ensure the best knowledge of the candidates, as well as the compatibility of the jurors that their role will have full authority and freedom to decide the form and manner of discussion and performance of candidates.

- The possible particularities and suggestions of every sector, they will be able to be accepted or not freely for the designated Juror; the Sectors will be able to request that the Juror meets the candidatas, the same day and 3 hours of anticipation at the maximum to the act.

- To deal with any claim, it has to be submitted until 24 July. The Delegation of incidents resolved as appropriate.

PROCEDURE THAT HE PROPOSES ” JUNTA CENTRAL FALLERA ” TO BE COMPLETED ON THE CANDIDATAS AND THE COMMISSIONS THAT THEY PRESENT

1 ª-All the Commissions belonging to the Official Census Fallero will be able to present a girl and miss, registered in the Commission, to the preselection that is summoned in every Sector to aspire to be components of the Court of Honour. and Falleras Mayores of Valencia of the year 2010.

2 ª – The girls aspiring to the Court of Honour and Infantile Fallera Mayor will owe being minors 14-year-old to the end of term of the inscription. The young ladies aspiring to the Court of Honor and Fallera Mayor, must have reached age 15 at the end of the period of registration.

3 .- The ladies and girls aspiring to the Courts of Honor are presented to the preselection, must meet the prerequisite of being discharged from the census Fallero recorded in the Committee that submitted prior to the date of the application . The Commission shall ensure compliance with this condition to be checked by Central Board Fallera.

4 .- It may be submitted to any pre-candidate who is subject to disciplinary sanction or penalty for possible unresolved by the Delegation of the Junta Central Fallera Incidents or higher.

5th-The aspirants may only be submitted to the preselection to represent the falla and where they are registered by the Sector to which your Committee.

6th – The candidates must assume that, if elected, undertake to comply with attendance, behavior and responsibilities of his office throughout the year, putting the needs of Junta Central Fallera and of the Excmo. Town hall of Valencia for individuals and their respective Committees, sectors or groups.
